[LexisNexis Risk Solutions] Pre-sales Solution Consultant - Fraud Prevention

Position Overview

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a global leader providing fraud prevention, identity verification, authentication, and risk management solutions to organizations worldwide, including financial institutions, payment providers, fintech companies, and telecommunications firms.

In this role, you will serve as a Solution Consultant for customers in Japan and Korea, supporting organizations such as financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies across fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication domains.

Working closely with the sales team, you will deeply understand customer business and risk challenges, and lead the entire sales cycle—from opportunity development to deal closure—through solution design, proposal development, demonstrations, and technical advisory.

Beyond product presentations, this role is expected to act as a strategic partner, helping customers enhance their risk management capabilities and drive digital transformation while contributing to their business growth.

You will also collaborate with global teams across the Asia-Pacific region to support market development and customer transformation initiatives in financial crime prevention and digital identity. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing domain, working with leading financial institutions and fintech companies on critical challenges.[

Responsibilities

• Drive solution-based sales activities for customers including financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech companies
• Analyze customer business challenges, risk requirements, and compliance needs, and design optimal solution architectures
• Plan and deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations
• Provide expert technical advisory and solution proposals in areas such as fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication
• Work closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and support deal execution
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and solution design
• Provide insights from customers and the market to inform product strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive opportunities forward

Qualifications

Required

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
• 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, fraud detection, risk management, identity verification, authentication, or cybersecurity
• Experience working in organizations such as banks, card companies, payment providers, fintech firms, credit bureaus, or cybersecurity companies
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Experience in client-facing engagement and presentations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure and resolve complex challenges

Preferred

• Korean language skills
• Knowledge of eKYC (identity verification) and digital identity domains
• Experience proposing fraud detection solutions, device intelligence, or behavioral analytics solutions
• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or professional services roles
